Service feasibility, testing, safety and transport terms
TopicWhat to expect
FeasibilityWe tell you plainly whether a repair is practical. If parts, safety or available documentation limit the work, or repair isn’t economical, we explain why and recommend next steps. An assessment does not guarantee repair, but you always receive clear findings.
Testing & verificationPost-service checks follow the procedures agreed in your quotation. We are an independent service provider and not an authorised agent of third-party manufacturers. Calibration, certification or clinical release is provided only where expressly included in the quotation, so please tell us early if you need any of these.
Safety & informationWe confirm hazards, handling and access requirements with you before assessment. For controlled or sensitive documentation, contact us first and we will agree how it is shared. Please share only information you are authorised to release.
Transport & termsTransport arrangements, warranty terms, payment terms and turnaround estimates are stated in your quotation. Please contact us before sending any equipment.

Tell us about your equipment

Send what you have. A few basics are enough for us to review the equipment and advise on the next step.

  • Make and model
  • The fault: symptoms, error codes or performance concern
  • What you need: repair, servicing or assessment

Helpful if available: equipment location, preferred timeframe and your LaserAegis order or project reference.

Don't have everything? Send what you have and we'll ask for anything else we need.

Common questions

Service FAQs

Can you assess equipment purchased elsewhere?

Enquiries about other manufacturers’ RF or laser equipment are welcome. Please provide the make, model and fault description. We confirm whether we can provide or arrange support after reviewing the equipment and available technical information.

Can you come to our site, or should we send the equipment?

For medical laser equipment, an on-premises assessment may be conducted or arranged where appropriate. Share your location to discuss the options. Contact us before dispatching equipment; assessment and transport arrangements must be agreed first.

How much will the assessment or repair cost?

Any assessment charges and the proposed repair quotation are agreed before the relevant work begins. Additional work requires your approval. An initial enquiry does not commit you to a repair.

How quickly can the equipment be assessed and repaired?

Tell us if the equipment is out of operation and your preferred timeframe. Availability and timing are confirmed after technical review, taking account of the fault, parts and any specialist work required.
