Commodore 10–100 W RF Power Amplifier Modules

Select from four power classes, with frequency-band models across 20 MHz–7.5 GHz. Each model covers its specified band; the full range is not available from a single module. Standard models operate at 28 V DC.

Choose a power class and frequency band

The following power classes and band options apply to both Commodore A and Commodore AB.

Operating approach

Choose Commodore A or Commodore AB

Both lines offer 10, 25, 50 and 100 W power classes with the same band-specific options across 20 MHz–7.5 GHz. Choose the bias approach that fits your application.

Commodore A

Fixed Class A

Best suited to
A stable waveform and a defined, repeatable operating point.
Integration
Allow for Class A quiescent power and cooling requirements.

Commodore AB

Adjustable Class A/AB

Best suited to
Applications that benefit from adjusting linearity, DC power and heat.
Integration
Define bias settings, controls and permitted transitions; verify each operating point.

Each module covers its specified band. Confirm output power, gain, efficiency and distortion for the selected frequency, bias, waveform and cooling conditions.

For selection advice, send your band, output power, waveform, duty cycle, DC supply and cooling constraints. Include linearity targets such as EVM or intermodulation where relevant.
